French Toast By Uncle Kev
Directions
Whisk batter ingredients together in a shallow dish. Dip both sides of bread slices batter and cook in a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle each slice with cinammon. Serve short stack dusted with powdered sugar and some cream cheese icing.

3/4 C. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinammon
Cream Cheese Icing
1/4 C. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbls. butter, softened
3 Tbls. granulated sugar
