Mushrooms and Rice

Directions
Dump all of the ingredients into an oven proof dish (11x 13) or round one (like for cobbler) and bake @ 350 for 45 min. or until all the juice is gone.
Ingredients
1 cup Rice ( we like Texmati, white or brown)
1 can Campbell's French Onion Soup (liquid not package)
1 can Campbell's Beef Consomme (not broth)
1 stick or "real" butter (not margarine...no, not never, uh uh)
1 box fresh mushrooms (sliced or whole, your choice)
