Directions
Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

4-6 potatoes (boiled with skins on)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small package of sour cream
1 small onion, grated
pimento for color if desired
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
