Stir Fry Cabbage

Directions
Over medium heat, brown bacon in a skillet. Pour off some of the fat, add onion to the bacon. Add cabbage, and saute until cabbage begomes tender. Break egg into mixture. Continue to saute until egg is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste.

1/2 head cabbage (chunked)
1 small onion, sliced
6 slices bacon
1 egg
