Sweet Seven Layer Dip
Directions
Spread cream cheese on serving dish. Combine chocolate chips and cream in a microwave safe dish and heat for about a minute. Remove from microwave and stir together until smooth. Let cool for a few minutes. Cover cream cheese with chocolate and spread out. Cover chocolate with toasted coconut. Spread peanuts over coconut. Spread strawberries and bananas over peanuts. Cover in caramel. Serve room temperature.
Ingredients
1 pkg. softened cream cheese
3/4 C. chocolate chips
1/4 C. heavy cream
1/2 C. toasted shredded coconut
1/2 C. chopped peanuts
1/4 C. sliced strawberries
1/4 C. sliced bananas
3 tbls. melted caramel
Graham cracker sticks or graham crackers.
